Dr. Renate Braeuninger-Weimer is a discussion partner who is greatly in demand for filling managerial positions thanks to her many years of consulting work in the life science industry and her well-established network. 

 

She is regarded as an expert in filling global positions in European headquarters, supervisory and advisory boards as well as advising medium-sized companies. Her special focus is on advising family businesses.

 

Dr. Renate Braeuninger-Weimer is a lawyer and started in 1985 as a lawyer in an international law firm before she founded her own law firm in 1990. She specializes in restructuring, M & A, succession planning and appointments to executive and supervisory boards / advisory boards in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2009 she moved to recruitment consultancy. As the managing director of Hofmann Consultants GmbH Executive Search in Frankfurt, she successfully rebuilt the Health Care / Life Science business department.

In 2012, she co-managed Mediatum Deutschland as a senior partner, since 2013 as a further managing director, and has made a significant contribution to the strong growth and expansion of the customer base. She is a licensed mediator, a systemic coach and a certified NLP Master.
