Tanja Stenvers has been working as a Project Assistant with Genius Search in Heidelberg since January 2022. She supports the directors and consultants with scheduling as well as preparing candidate and project documentation and contracts.

Tanja began her career as a team assistant in the chemicals industry and moved to project assistance for a logistics planner in 2005. Since 2011 she has been working as an assistant in the personnel consulting industry.
